Cancellation Policy
To our valued patients and customers, To accommodate appointments for all of our loyal patients while supporting growth, CMA has adopted a 24-hour cancellation policy. We will be taking a credit card number to keep on file when booking an appointment. This card will only be charged a $75 fee in the event of cancellation made less than 24-hours prior to the appointment. There will be a $100 fee for a no show.
