Jacqueline Hanna | Aesthetician

Jackie was born and raised in Jacksonville, FL and attended Florida State University graduating with a Bachelors in Science. Following her passion for skin health, Jackie received her Facial Specialty License from Florida State College of Jacksonville in 2018. At CMA Medicine, she enjoys working with patients to educate them about skincare and creating personalized treatment plans. She is eager for her patients to achieve healthy, glowing skin. Her specialties include Hydrafacials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, acne facials, radiofrequency treatments, and Ultherapy. In her spare time, she enjoys playing guitar, working out, traveling, and spending quality time with her puppy Captain.

Lisa Marquez | Electrologist and Aesthetician

Lisa is our Master Aesthetician with over twenty-seven years of experience in the aesthetics world. She continually helps patients achieve their desired aesthetic goals with her eye for detail and commitment to excellence. She is also a certified medical electrologist (which means getting rid of those white/grey hairs) and a certified laser technician. Her expertise focuses on laser hair removal, tattoo removal, and chemical peels. When not at work, Lisa can be found spending time with her daughters and grandchildren, golfing with her husband, or cuddling with her puppies.

Ashley Riddley | Aesthetician and Body Technician

Born in Kingsland, Georgia, our resident body expert Ashley moved to Florida to pursue her education in medical aesthetics. In November 2021, she achieved her goal and graduated from CoolSculpting University. As our resident body specialist, she is trained in CoolSculpting, CoolTone and Velashape. Ashley is also a Licensed Aesthetician specializing in Hydrafacials, Microdermabrasion and Acne Facials. She has been passionate about skincare her entire life and is excited to see what she can accomplish for clients at CMA Medicine.

Amy Austin | Body Technician

Our resident body specialist Amy has a special interest in health and fitness. She loves improving people’s confidence and relationship with their bodies through her personalized body sculpting plans. Having graduated from Coolsculpting University in 2018, Amy is an exceptionally qualified expert in Coolsculpting and Cooltone in addition to Velashape and Z-Wave treatments. On a more personal note, Amy’s free time is often spent with her husband and children here in Jacksonville.

Tiffany Heavener | Office Coordinator

Tiffany graduated from the University of Mississippi with a degree in Art History and before settling down in Jacksonville, lived in Hawaii and Utah with her husband and son. Tiffany always held a strong interest in the health and beauty world, and after teaching preschool for over fifteen years, she successfully transitioned into the aesthetics industry. During her time at CMA, Tiffany has become a valued team member whose professionalism contributes to the overall success of our providers. When not at CMA, she can be found having fun in San Marco or planning a trip full of food and adventures.

Alex Fletcher | Marketing Social Media Manager

Alex is a graduate of Florida State University with a degree in Biological Sciences.  At CMA she is a medical assistant whose work is focused on caring for patients and ensuring they experience the safest, most favorable outcome with every service. With a background in social media content, Alex is additionally responsible for managing social media and sharing CMA with the Jacksonville community.  Outside of CMA you can find her at River City All-stars, where she is a cheerleading and tumbling coach. Above all else, Alex enjoys quality time spent with her two year old son, who is always keeping her on her toes.
