Cancellation Policy

To our valued patients and customers, In an effort to accommodate appointments for all of our loyal patients while supporting growth, CMA has adopted a 24-hour cancellation policy. Effective September 1, 2022, we will be taking a credit card number to keep on file when booking an appointment. This card will only be charged a $75 fee in the event of cancellation made less than 24-hours prior to the appointment. There will be a $100 fee for a no show. We appreciate your understanding and thank you even more for being part of the CMA family. We look forward to seeing you soon.
